SHIPMENTS

 

The cost of shipments in Italy is €6, free shipping for orders over €100.

 

Delivery generally takes 24-72 hours from acceptance of the order.

 

For shipments outside the Italian or European borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.

 

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs import charges shall be payable by the recipient.

RETURN POLICY

 

All returns must be made, no later than 14 business days from the date of receipt of the products, by sending an email to [email protected] or by filling out the form by accessing your member area.

 

 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

The refund will be made within 14 working days from the receipt of the return and the amount, with a deduction of any shipping costs, will be re-credited using the same payment method.

You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, without an account you will not be able to monitor the status of the order or its return. We recommend that you create an account in order to access your order history and personal information.
