Rendered and change
All returns must be carried out, no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products.

We will send you the coordinates necessary for the return and, once the package arrives at our warehouses, we will start the refund.
The service costs, as regards returns from abroad, are borne by the customer.
REIMBURSEMENT
The reimbursement will be carried out within 30 working days of receipt of the return and the amount, net of any shipping costs, will be re -credited using the same payment method.
