1. Accessing of the general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract

 

1.1 The contract stipulated between Space Leather S.r.l. (hereinafter "Space Leather") and the customer (ie the subject, a natural person, who makes the purchase on the site, not referable to his commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity) must be understood with the acceptance, even partial, even partial, of the order by Space Leather. In the event of non -acceptance of the order, Space Leather will give in any case timely communication to the customer.


1.2 By placing an order in the various methods provided, according to the order form on the site (hereinafter the "order"), the Customer declares that he has read all the indications provided to him during the purchase procedure and to accept in full these General Conditions (hereinafter the "Conditions").


1.3 These conditions can be printed or saved on durable support, in compliance with the provisions of art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and by art. 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

 

 

2. Purchase methods


2.1 The products offered for sale by Space Leather are only those on the MVP Wardrobe website at the time of the order of the order, as described in the relative information sheets.


2.2 In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the descriptive card of a product are from an exclusive information purpose and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ e.g. By color and size (also by reason of the browser and monitor used for access to the site and display of the images).


2.3 To place an order, the Customer must fill in the relative form on the site in each part and send the same after carefully viewing the conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or the products he intends to buy. The customer must also request Space Leather, where you wish, the issue of tax invoice relating to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 D.P.R. n. 633/1972.


2.4 The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Space Leather by means of an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will briefly report the purchase conditions, as required by the applicable legislation, as well as the data entered in the order by the Customer, so that the same can verify the same and possibly communicate without delay the necessary corrections of incorrect data.

 

3. Prices and methods of payment

 

3.1 The prices indicated on the site are to be considered including tax and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment costs are in any case communicated in advance to the customer through the site or these conditions.


3.2 The following payment methods are provided:

(i) Paypal
For payment, the PayPal circuit according to the specific methods of the same can be used by the customer.
(ii) credit card
In cases of purchase of the goods with credit card payment methods, the transaction can take place through the PayPal safe server or other safe server chosen by Space Leather.
In no case and at no phase of the Space Leather payment will it be able to know the information relating to the customer's credit card, transmitted via protected connection directly to the site of the banking institution that manages the transaction. No Space Leather computer archive will retain such data and therefore in no case Space Leather can be held responsible for the possible fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
(iii) bank transfer
In case of purchase by bank transfer, the bank details for payment will be displayed. The shipment of the goods will only take place to the actual reception of the bank payment.

In case of cash on delivery, the payment must be made exclusively with cash at the time of the delivery of the products purchased

4. Delivery of products and related expenses


4.1 The products purchased will be delivered to the customer indicated by the Customer in order within 24-72 hours by the acceptance of the order by Space Leather, at the cost indicated specifically on the site before sending the order. Space Leather reserves the right to accept or not deliveries requests outside the Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be carried out outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times could undergo variations.


4.2 With regard to the deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any size of the import costs will be borne by the recipient. The customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.


4.3 The delivery times indicated by Space Leather must be considered as purely indicative and a delay compared to them, or the possible delivery made with subsequent fractional shipments do not legitimize the customer to refusal the delivery itself and to the request for compensation or compensation.


4.4 At the time of delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:
that the number of hills on delivery corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or in any case altered, also in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal holders).


Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the failure to match the number of hills or indications, must be immediately detected, dating a specific indication on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier.
Any problems relating to physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods provided for in this document.

5. Right of withdrawal


5.1 Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to add reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.


5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, Customer must send to Space Leather a communication in this sense, within the terms indicated, to the following email address [email protected]


5.3 In case of withdrawal, the customer will be able to reinvire the products to Space Leather for free, after notice by email to [email protected], within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal, to the following address Space Leather Srl, based in S.p. Andria Trani Km 2+800 Andria (BT). The goods must be returned integral, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packs), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without there are signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions below:

The right of withdrawal cannot apply to the products that the customer has requested customization.

The right of withdrawal can apply to the product purchased in its entirety; In fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, accessories, etc ...);
In order for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned to the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and possible documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc ...);

In case of damage to the good during transport, Space Leather will notify the customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the relative refund; The product will then be made available to the Customer, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal;
Space Leather will not respond in any way due to damage, theft, bewilderment occurred during or in any case depending on the shipment for the return.

5.4 Space Leather will reimburse the customer the entire amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14), within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal, by means of the Storno procedure as the amount charged, using the same vehicle of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the customer will not support any cost as a consequence of this refund. Space Leather will be able to suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the returned product or until the moment the customer demonstrates that he has correctly sent the product, if previous.


5.5 In any case, the Customer will lapse from the right of withdrawal in cases where Space Leather ascertains that:
The returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
The product is missing its external package and/or the original internal packaging;
The product is missing of integral elements the same and/or accessories (eg. Crosins, laces, buckles, etc.).
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Space Leather will return the purchased product to the sender, charged the shipping costs and, where already refunded, the price of the product.

6. Guarantees

6.1 All products sold by Space Leather are covered by the guarantee of 24 (twenty -four) months for the defects of conformity, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005. To take advantage of the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice, or the payment receipt, together with the transport document.


6.2 The guarantee for compliance defects will apply as long as the relative product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and the provisions of the use and washing instructions present in the E/or with the product.


6.3 In the event that, for any reason, Space Leather is unable to make the customer a guarantee product (restored or replaced), that is, where the repair or replacement were, also due to the value of the product, excessively onerous, Space Leather can proceed with the congruous reduction of the price paid, that is, the return of the entire amount paid with termination of the contract.


6.4 In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the same must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and possible documentation and accessory equipment).

8. Privacy

8.1 Personal data collected with the forwarding of the order will be processed by Space Leather for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the Customer, in compliance with the European Regulation 679/2016 and the privacy information present on the site. Any further treatments will only be carried out with the espresso consent of the customer.
